Swedish Meatballs

Serve on New Year's day during bowl games

Directions

Meatballs: Mix all ingredients well. Form into walnut size balls, fry in hot oil 3 - 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Sauce: Saute green onions in butter, add flour to thicken. Add tomato juice, wine, and brandy and bring to boil. Add meatballs, simmer for 20 - 30 minutes.
