Ingredients
¾ cup dry red wine
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup soy sauce
2-3 cloves crushed garlic
1 ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons dry mustard
½ teaspoon salt

Directions
Mix ingredients vigorously. Marinate elk loin strip in mixture in a marinade dish or zip lock bag in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours.
