Ingredients
4 large avocados
½ cup minced shallots
½ cup chopped mushrooms
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup chopped crab
3 tbsp chopped bell pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Saute shallots, garlic and pepper in olive oil until the shallots begin
to carmelize. Stir in mushrooms. Mix with crab. Slice avacados in half
and remove pits. Place avacado halves on baking sheet and stuff with
crab mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Serves eight.
