This recipe was handed down from Emiliana Gonzales.
Ingredients
5 lbs pork
7 garlic cloves
6 1/2 tbs white vinegar
12 whole black peppers
4 whole cloves
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin seed
1/2 bay leaf
1 tsp salt
3-5 tbs boiled water
Directions
Grind all spices in molcajete; mix with pork. Use water to clean molcajete then add to meat. Add vinegar and red chili to taste.
